Jessica Schmidt

Jessica Schmidt has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Jessica currently holds the position of Principal HR Projects at Woodside Energy, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to joining Woodside Energy, Jessica worked at BHP for several years, holding various roles such as Principal HR Projects Advisory, Principal HR Business Partner, HR Specialist, Senior Advisor Contractor Engagements, Senior Resourcing Advisor, and Projects Resourcing Advisor. Jessica also gained experience as a Recruitment Advisor at Harrier Resourcing People and as a Principal Consultant at Marker Consulting.

Jessica Schmidt completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Management & HR Management at Curtin University from 2006 to 2011. Jessica then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Curtin University of Technology from 2012 to 2014.
