Mitch Murray

Mitch Murray currently serves as the HR Strategy & Planning Lead at Woodside Energy, a position held since February 2019, with prior roles including Senior Employee & Industrial Relations Specialist and Global Remuneration & Policy Adviser. Responsibilities encompass contractor management, employee relations advice, dispute management, development of ER/IR training, and support for growth projects. Mitch's experience also includes planning and integration activities related to Woodside’s merger with BHP Petroleum. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia. Prior to a career in human resources, Mitch worked as a teacher at Kennedy Baptist College.
