Narisha Harrichand

Narisha Harrichand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational capability and technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Woodside Energy since June 2022, Narisha previously held various roles at BHP from 2007 to 2022, including Value Management, Principal Capability, Senior Specialist Analysis and Improvement, Manager Master Data Organisation, Global Training Manager for SAP, and Information Technology Coordinator. Notable contributions include setting up productivity reporting, designing tools for lessons learned, managing training programs globally, and leading transformation efforts that achieved significant cost savings. Prior to the corporate sector, Narisha taught Mathematics and Computer Science at Richards Bay Secondary School and Lincoln Heights Secondary School for several years, gaining recognition as a leader in computer education in Northern Kwazulu Natal. Narisha holds a degree in Higher Education specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science from Springfield College of Education.
