Sherif Hussein is an experienced professional in customer experience and technical support, currently serving as the Customer Experience Service Delivery Lead at Woodside Energy since October 2019 and previously held the role of Executive IT Support Coordinator. Prior to this, Sherif worked at BHP as a Technical Specialist from March 2019 to October 2019 and at Wipro Limited as a Lead Executive Support from June 2018 to March 2019. Sherif has also held various positions at BHP, including Desktop / Field Support Engineer and Senior Service Desk Technician from February 2015 to February 2016, as well as Technical Support & Customer Satisfaction Officer and part-time instructor at Telstra from April 2012 to December 2014. Sherif obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the High Institute for Computers and Management Information Systems (HICMIS) from 2001 to 2006.
