Stacy Feltham

Stacy Feltham serves as the VP and General Counsel International at Woodside Energy, focused on international oil and gas and lower carbon assets since June 2022. Prior to this role, Stacy held various senior positions at BHP, including VP Ethics & Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer, and VP Legal, General Counsel for global petroleum operations. Stacy's legal expertise also encompasses management roles at Healys LLP and LLPO Law Firm, as well as significant experience at ExxonMobil, where counsel responsibilities included leading projects like the Alaska Pipeline and negotiating key agreements for multiple international ventures. An accomplished legal professional, Stacy's educational background includes an LLB from the University of Alberta, an MBA in International Business from LIU Post, and a Bachelor of Arts along with a Criminology Certificate from Memorial University.
