Terry Gebhardt

Terry Gebhardt is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in exploration and subsurface management, currently serving as Vice President of Exploration, Global at Woodside Energy since June 2022. Previously, Terry held various leadership roles at BHP from October 2006 to May 2022, including Exploration Manager and Head of Subsurface on a global scale. Early career experience includes positions at ExxonMobil and Exxon Exploration Company, where Terry developed foundational expertise in geology. Terry holds a Master of Science in Geology from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from PennWest Edinboro, along with additional educational credentials from the University of Houston.
