Brian Cutting

Brian Cutting has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the real estate industry. Brian started their career at SAP Labs as a Project Manager, where they managed strategic research and development projects. Brian then joined Woodside Homes as the Director of Purchasing, Land Assets & Entitlements, responsible for land acquisition and entitlements. Moving on to Walmart, Brian served as a Senior Real Estate Manager and later as the Director of Real Estate, acquiring land and managing entitlements for new stores. Brian returned to Woodside Homes as the Vice President of Land Acquisition, overseeing the acquisition of over 4,000 single-family lots and managing the development of 685 lots. Currently, Brian is the Division President at Woodside Homes. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Instructor at California State University, Chico. Brian is also the President of Hubble Homes, LLC.

Brian Cutting earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from California State University, Chico between 1996 and 2001. Brian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business from 2004 to 2006. In May 2009, Brian also obtained certification as a Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate.
