Michael Scrogham

Michael Scrogham has extensive experience in land investment and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Land Investment at Woodside Homes since May 2015, after previously holding the role of Senior Land Acquisition Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Toll Brothers from July 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities encompassed project management, financial analysis, and construction management. Michael's career also includes a tenure as Project Manager at DDRM Greatplace, LLC from April 2007 to July 2014, focusing on financial analysis, budget management, and property management. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Mesa University and a B.B.A. in Marketing Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
