Ashley Hughes

Ashley Hughes currently serves as the Executive Director at Woodstock Day School, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Director of Operations at Grand Street Settlement from August 2023 to June 2024 and held a similar title at Terry Knickerbocker Studio from April 2022 to June 2023, where management of daily operations and strategic planning was a key focus. From September 2008 to November 2021, Ashley directed program development and operations at Blue School, overseeing multiple departments including IT and Health and Safety. Educational credentials include a BFA in Theatre from New York University, an MFA in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.
