Previously, Anthony held positions such as COO at Woodstock's Pizza from May 2019 to July 2024, CFO at Fresh Brothers from October 2015 to April 2019, and VP of Finance at Lark Creek Restaurant Group between April 2011 and December 2014. Early career highlights include roles as Director of Planning and Analysis at Black Angus Steakhouse and Controller & Buyer at Cohn Restaurant Group. Additionally, Anthony co-founded Johnny Applestix LLC and played professionally for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Economics with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and Business Development from the University of California, Davis.
