Michael Theard

Michael Theard is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction management. Currently employed at Woodward Design+Build since May 2021, Michael Theard previously held the position of Senior Project Engineer at Manhattan Construction Company from June 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing the construction of a $20 million hospital and managing financial reporting for a project exceeding $45 million. Prior to this, Michael Theard served as an Assistant Project Manager at Woodward Design+Build from September 2007 to May 2017, effectively managing multiple projects totaling upwards of $5 million and a $20 million assisted living project. Michael Theard holds an Associate of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Delgado Community College.
