Allison Timms

Allison Timms has a diverse background in property management, with experience spanning multiple companies. Allison began their career in 2010 as a Community Manager at Laramar Group, where they worked until 2012. Allison then joined First Communities as a Community Manager from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Portfolio Manager at Invitation Homes. In 2018, Allison held the position of Community Manager at Bridge Property Management before transitioning to the role of Community Director at Woodward Management Partners later that year.

Allison Timms graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Psychology, and Counseling from the University of South Carolina. Allison completed their undergraduate studies from 1989 to 1994.
