Bryan Redington

Bryan Redington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, supply chain management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of Country Road Greenhouses, LLC, since February 2018, Bryan also works as a Supplier Development Engineer for Woodward, Inc., where responsibilities include providing guidance and training for new suppliers and overseeing the sourcing quality system. Prior roles encompass various engineering and management positions at companies such as Kaney Aerospace, Esterline BVR Technologies, and as a Manufacturing & Training Coordinator at Kishwaukee College, where efforts focused on training manufacturing workforces. Bryan holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University and has contributed to the field through volunteer work on the APICS Board of Directors and as an adjunct instructor at Northern Illinois University.
