Charles Cozart Jr

Charles Cozart Jr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serving as a Maxwell Leadership Team Member with the John Maxwell Team since March 2024. With a strong background at Woodward, Inc. since February 2019, Charles has held multiple roles including Operational Excellence Senior Coach, Director of Facilities and Maintenance (interim), and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior to Woodward, Charles worked at GE Aviation as a Manufacturing Manager and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and at Caterpillar Inc. as a CPI & Cost 6 Sigma Black Belt and Cost Engineer. Additional experience includes positions at HELGESEN, Geometric Ltd., and Woods Equipment Company, encompassing roles such as Manufacturing Engineer and Design Engineer. Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Northern Illinois University, along with various certifications and an Associate Degree in Tool & Die Manufacturing from Kishwaukee College.
