Dustin Kramer

Dustin Kramer is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in power electronics, currently serving as a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer at Woodward, Inc. since August 2012, specializing in aerospace electronics. Previous roles at Woodward include Staff Electrical Engineer positions for both aerospace and industrial turbine applications. Prior to Woodward, Dustin worked at Advanced Energy as a Member of Technical Staff I, focusing on system and power electronic design for utility-scale solar inverters, and at Curtiss-Wright Corporation as a Senior Power Electronic Design Engineer, where the emphasis was on medium voltage multi-level motor drives. Dustin began a career at Caterpillar Inc. as a Power Electronic Design Engineer, developing high power density traction inverters. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2005.
