Elwyn Holderfield

Elwyn Holderfield currently serves as the Asset Services System Assembly & Test Value Stream Manager at Woodward, Inc., overseeing the operations of the LOCOP facility and leading a multi-disciplined team to achieve operational excellence. Previously, Elwyn held positions as LOCOP Supervisor, managing the production of custom control panels, and was a Co-Owner at Rocky Mountain Industrial Controls, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the business. Other roles include Vice President of Operations and Shop Manager at Premier Industrial Custom Services, LLC, and Lead Controls Technician at CES Industrial. Elwyn Holderfield earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Northern Colorado.
