Gurpreet Gambhir

Gurpreet Gambhir is a Program Manager at Woodward, Inc. since November 2017, leading multiple development programs within the Defense and Space segment of Airframe Systems, managing a $300M portfolio and a team of approximately 40 members. Previously, Gurpreet worked as a Consultant at USG for a brief period in 2017, advising on high-visibility sales and marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes various roles at Caterpillar Inc. from 2001 to 2017, including Product Cost Manager, NPI Program Manager, and Product and Business Development Engineer, where significant contributions were made to cost reduction and product lifecycle management. Early career experiences include internships at Argonne National Labs and Daimler Trucks North America. Gurpreet holds an Executive MBA from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
