Jennifer Kaiser

Jennifer Kaiser is an experienced leader in aerospace and military services, currently serving as Director of Aftermarket Sales at Woodward, Inc. since January 2018. With a strong track record in exceeding sales goals and fostering team culture, Jennifer oversees aftermarket sales and support for both commercial and military applications. Previously, Jennifer held managerial roles at Renewable Power Systems, focusing on growth strategies for the service business in North America, and also contributed as a Board Member for the Colorado Clean Energy Cluster, promoting job growth in clean energy sectors. Additional experience includes strategic alliance development at Ice Energy and a successful commercial accounts program for the City of Loveland Water and Power. Jennifer holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
