Mike Robb

Mike Robb has over 30 years of work experience in the engineering sector. Mike is currently the Director of Engineering at Woodward, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at Woodward, Inc., including Director of Engineering from August 2022 to October 2023, Director of Engineering - Aerospace Electronics from September 2019 to August 2022, and Director of Software Engineering from August 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining Woodward, Inc., Mike worked at Elbit Systems of America for 18 years. During their tenure, they served as the Head of Software - USA Divisions from October 2014 to July 2018. Mike also held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of Software Development from November 2010 to November 2014 and November 2006 to November 2010 respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Software Team Leader and Software Developer from November 2001 to November 2006 and November 2000 to November 2001 respectively.

Mike's career began at Raytheon in 1999, where they worked as a Team Leader in Software Development for a year. Prior to that, they served as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics from June 1992 to June 1999.

Mike Robb completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer and Electrical Engineering at Purdue University from 1988 to 1992. Mike also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Building Accountability Into Your Culture," "Creating a High Performance Culture," "Data Science Foundations: Python Scientific Stack," and many others in 2018.
