Sam McCarthy

Sam McCarthy serves as an Assistant Counsel at Woodward, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting contract development, ensuring compliance with legal and strategic goals, and providing legal support for various agreements. Prior experience includes roles as a Contract Specialist at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and a Judicial Intern at Alterra Mountain Company, along with significant contributions in environmental law as a Law Clerk at the Natural Resources & Environmental Law Clinic. McCarthy has also held a fellowship at the Byron R.
