Tom Cromwell

Tom Cromwell is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and management across various roles in the manufacturing and power generation sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chair at Woodward, Inc. since February 2019, Tom previously held significant positions at Kohler Co., including Group President of KOHLER Power and President of KOHLER Global Engines. Tom's tenure at Kohler involved oversight of multiple international business units and a focus on expanding the gasoline and diesel engine markets. Prior to Kohler, Tom spent 17 years at Modine Manufacturing Company as Regional Vice President for the Americas. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
