Viktoriya Hiz

Viktoriya Hiz is an experienced product manager currently working at Wooga since February 2021, where responsibilities include in-game operational planning, KPI analysis, and collaboration across various teams to enhance player engagement and business outcomes. Previously, Viktoriya served as a Product Ops Manager at Product Madness from September 2019 to December 2020, leading the design and execution of LiveOps campaigns while enhancing user experience. Prior experience includes roles as QA Lead and Senior QA Tester at Gameloft, overseeing quality assurance processes and team management. Viktoriya additionally has experience as a QA Trainer at SKILLUP and as a Tour Guide at Akkord-Tour Ltd. Viktoriya holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, along with various certifications in product management and quality assurance.
