Dod Wales is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in acquiring and operating small manufacturing and industrial service businesses through Raymar Blvd LLC, which Wales founded in 2018. As Executive Chairman of Colinear Machine & Design and Sunbelt Design and Development, Wales focuses on innovation-driven engineering and high-quality manufacturing solutions for the aerospace and defense sectors. Additionally, Wales serves as Proprietor of Vermont Good Wood, a venture emphasizing sustainable products, and holds a board position at Woolloomooloo Shoe. Previously, Wales led strategic capital initiatives at First Reserve and contributed to investment strategies at Credit Suisse First Boston. A former All-American swimmer and member of the U.S. national team, Wales holds an A.B. in History from Stanford University.
