Ibrahim Khaleel, P.E. is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer IV - Construction Coordinator at the Texas Department of Transportation since May 2020, specializing in advanced transportation engineering across various functional areas. Previously, Ibrahim worked as a Project Engineer at Equinor, managing heavy civil capital and operations projects, and as a QA/QC Field Engineer at S & B Infrastructure, contributing to significant projects such as the Harris County Toll Road Authority bridge project. Earlier roles include CMET Engineering Testing Engineer at Fugro and Assistant Project Manager at GET Engineering. Additionally, Ibrahim served as a Construction Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers from 2007 to 2014. Ibrahim is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington, expected to graduate in 2024.
