Miles Kelly

Miles Kelly is a seasoned professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager and Enterprise Software Integration Developer at Woolpert since November 2001. With extensive experience that includes developing custom GIS applications and managing development projects with budgets up to $700k, Kelly has also held positions such as GIS Technician, where data conversion and quality control were key responsibilities. Prior to Woolpert, Kelly coordinated international projects at Islem GIS, founded Mountaintop Maps to create urban maps for Riyadh, and completed a GIS internship with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Kelly's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Analysis from the University at Albany, SUNY.
