Brian Nicholls

Brian Nicholls is an experienced professional in the geospatial industry, currently serving as Treasurer and Director at the World Geospatial Industry Council since May 2020. Nicholls is also the Vice President for Asia-Pacific at Woolpert, a position held since May 2023, following a long tenure at AAM, a Woolpert Company, where Nicholls held various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Executive Director from October 2003 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager Australia for Leica Geosystems from May 1997 to July 1999. Nicholls holds a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying from UNSW, an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and is a graduate of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
