Eddy Ho

Eddy Ho is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture, having held senior positions at Woolworths Group and Harvey Norman since 2020. Previously, Eddy worked at Qantas from 2017 to 2020 as a Senior Architect, focusing on initiatives to simplify customer check-in processes, including biometric facial recognition and e-commerce payments. Eddy's career began at IBM, spanning from 1991 to 2016, where contributions included leading the Architecture Competency for Qantas Program Delivery Services and serving as the solution architect for various system integrations. Eddy holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the University of Technology Sydney.
