Gabor Devenyi

Gabor Devenyi is an experienced Agile Coach with a demonstrated history of driving operational excellence and transformational change across various organizations. Currently at Woolworths Group since April 2022, Gabor enhances operational efficiency within Services, Operations, and Infrastructure teams. Previous roles include Agile Coach at ANZ, where Gabor facilitated agile transformation at different organizational levels, and Senior R&D Advisor at UTU Technology, overseeing key operational functions and talent acquisition. With extensive experience coaching and mentoring teams in agile practices at companies such as Telstra, AHPRA, DXC Technology, MYOB, Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, and IBM Global Services, Gabor has cultivated a robust skill set in agile methodologies, team leadership, and strategic operational improvements. Gabor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Széchényi István Egyetem.
