Madison Gold-Tolson

Madison Gold is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, marketing, and administration. Currently serving as an Assistant Category Manager at Pet Circle since June 2020, Madison has held various roles including Quality Assurance Evaluator, CX Brand Ambassador, and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, Inform Group Pty Ltd, and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where notable achievements include leading fundraising efforts and facilitating study abroad programs at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Madison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Analytics and International Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with study abroad experiences at the University of Sydney and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
