Maxine Brenner

Maxine has the extensive corporate advisory experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructures. She is a former Managing Director of Investment Banking at Investec Bank (Australia) Limited. She also practiced as a corporate lawyer with Freehill Hollingdale & Page (now Herbert Smith Freehills) and spent several years as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law at both the University of NSW and the University of Sydney.
