Tammy Paynter

Tammy Paynter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development / People Capability Chapter Lead at Woolworths Group since February 2022, Tammy previously held the role of Head of Learning and Development at BIG W from February 2017 to February 2022. Tammy's expertise includes designing and implementing learning and development strategies across various organizations, including Woolworths Group Supply Chain and QSuper Group. With a strong focus on leadership development and organizational change, Tammy has managed significant teams and programs, including compliance training and graduate development initiatives. Tammy holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and an ICCP Executive Certificate from the University of Sydney.
