Christopher Lloyd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) strategy and design. Currently serving as Chapter Lead for Product and Design at Woolworths New Zealand since December 2022, and as Customer Experience Lead for Future Digital Channels at Woolworths Group since January 2024, Christopher has previously held leadership roles at ClearPoint and Digital Arts Network, where responsibilities included leading design engagements, business development, and enhancing UX research and design capabilities. With a background that includes hands-on roles in service design and user research across several prominent companies such as Datacom and Auckland Airport, as well as freelance consulting, Christopher has developed a comprehensive skill set in digital strategy. Education includes a Bachelor of Communication Studies (Honours) in Digital Communication and Media from Auckland University of Technology.
