Zabin Farishta

Zabin Farishta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and commercial management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Woolworths New Zealand since 2019, Zabin has progressed through various strategic roles within the company. Prior to this, Zabin held positions at Air New Zealand from 2016 to 2019, focusing on commercial product management and development. Zabin also founded Oi Team NZ and worked as a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in San Francisco. Earlier experience includes a credit risk analyst role at Deutsche Bank and an analyst position at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. Zabin earned a Master of Science in Management and Regulation of Risk from The London School of Economics and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Engineering Science from the University of Auckland, along with an exchange semester at McGill University.
