Michelle Garrett

Michelle Garrett has extensive experience in business process management and analysis, currently serving as the Business Process Lead for the HR team at Woolworths since July 2010. In this role, Michelle leads a team of business process analysts, collaborating with various business units and HR systems teams. Prior to this position, Michelle held several titles at Woolworths (Pty) Ltd South Africa from January 1999 to July 2010, including Business Manager for Business Process Analysis and IT Business Partner for Marketing. Earlier career experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Syfrets from February 1990 to January 1999, contributing to the design and support of investment systems and call center processes. Michelle Garrett earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Port Elizabeth and studied computers as part of the curriculum.
