Minette Smith is an experienced culinary professional specializing in product development and pastry arts. Currently serving as a Product Developer for Cakes & Desserts at Woolworths since October 2025, Minette built a robust background at Barry Callebaut Group from January 2017 to June 2025 as the Callebaut Global Creative Lead Chef and Head of the Chocolate Academy in South Africa. Previous roles include Head Pastry Chef at Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa and Radisson Blu Gautrain, as well as a Pastry Chef at Rust & Vrede Restaurant.
