Minette Smith is an experienced culinary professional specializing in product development and pastry arts. Currently serving as a Product Developer for Cakes & Desserts at Woolworths since October 2025, Minette built a robust background at Barry Callebaut Group from January 2017 to June 2025 as the Callebaut Global Creative Lead Chef and Head of the Chocolate Academy in South Africa.
