Rodney Mohamed

Rodney Mohamed is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organisational effectiveness and transformation. Currently serving as the Head of HR: Organisational Effectiveness at Woolworths since July 2023, Rodney previously held the role of Head of HR: Value Retail at TFG from April 2021 to August 2023. Rodney's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Edcon, Amka Products (Pty) Ltd, and South African Breweries, demonstrating a consistent track record of HR leadership since 2001. Rodney's educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg, and a BA in Education from the same institution.
