Siphe Lorriane Ntsabo has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a chef and food safety trainee at Cafe La Rocca since May 2017, where responsibilities include preparing breakfast and lunch. Siphe has held the position of commis chef at Woolworths since August 2015 and served as chef de partie at Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Co. Ltd. from September 2014 to April 2015. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Food and Safety from TTibisa (2017-2018) and a City and Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Hotel School (2011-2012), along with a City and Guilds Diploma in Hospitality (Culinary and Arts) from the same institution.
