Els Ter Berg

Els ter Berg is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various organizations. Currently serving as an Adviseur HR en systeembeheerder (a.i.) at Wooncorporatie Woonopmaat since July 2023, Els focuses on the establishment and management of HRM in Visma. At Greenpeace Nederland, since December 2022, Els provides consultancy on improving HR processes. Previously, Els held HR roles at Eigen Haard and Koninklijk Theater Carré, gaining expertise in HR administration and employee onboarding. Additional experience includes serving as a recruiter at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek and conducting research on work pressure at Decathlon Nederland. Els holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
