Quintus Blok

Quintus Blok is an experienced project developer currently holding multiple positions, including at 1828 Groep and Wibaut Projectontwikkeling since August 2024, and at Maas Wijkontwikkeling, GETGRIPP B.V., and Woonplus Schiedam since April 2023 and December 2019 respectively. Quintus also operates Q Bouwadvies, a sole proprietorship providing technical development expertise with a focus on construction and installation optimizations. Previously, Quintus served as a project manager for Gemeente Hoeksche Waard and worked as a project developer for Bazalt Wonen, MeyerBergman Erfgoed Groep, and Ballast Nedam Development. Quintus holds a Bachelor's degree in Building Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and furthered education at Delft University of Technology.
