Jolanda Frenk

Jolanda Frenk is an experienced professional in the healthcare and social services sector, currently serving as Teamleider at Woonzorgnet since August 2011. With a diverse range of roles including Coördinator zorg, Trajectbegeleider, and Woonbegeleider, Jolanda has developed extensive expertise in providing support and coordination in care settings.
