Justine Soulet de Brugière has a diverse and extensive work experience. Justine is currently serving as the Head of Product at WOOP since January 2023. In this role, they manage a team and is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Prior to their current position, Justine worked at WOOP as a Product Manager from September 2021 to December 2022. During this time, they consolidated product requirements, prioritized feature launches, collaborated with UX/UI experts, and ensured the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Before joining WOOP, Justine held several roles at Amazon. Justine served as a Senior Program Manager - On Road Integration - Europe from July 2018 to September 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing integration projects. Justine also worked as a Senior Program Manager - Delivery Experience - France from January 2017 to June 2018 and as a Program Manager - Network Launch - France from March 2016 to December 2016.

Justine's earlier experience includes working at Sage as a Project Manager - ERP implementation from January 2013 to February 2016 and as a Consultant - Sage ERP X3 certified from December 2010 to December 2012.

Justine also had a brief internship experience as a Supply Chain Intern at Procter & Gamble from May 2010 to October 2010 and as a Presales Intern at Meta4 from February 2009 to July 2009.

Justine's work experience began at Ecole Centrale Paris, where they served as a Fundraising partner from September 2007 to January 2009.

Justine Soulet de Brugière began their education in 1998 at Centre Madeleine Danielou where they pursued their Baccalaureat degree in Science. Justine completed this program in 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, Justine attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève, where they enrolled in a Preparatory class in Mathematics and Physics with a focus on MPSI/PSI*. In 2007, they joined CentraleSupélec to obtain their Master of Science degree with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, which they completed in 2010.
