TOUCH Serira currently serves as the Manager of Digital Product Development at Woori Bank Cambodia, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, TOUCH held the position of Card Product & Merchant Development Manager at Canadia Bank from May 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Product Owner. TOUCH's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Chief of Payment & Digital Development at AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. from March 2019 to May 2022, which involved supporting Aeon Card Mobile operations and leading payment and digital development efforts. Additionally, TOUCH was involved in credit card planning and mobile app ownership roles at AEON. Earlier career experience includes working as a Credit Analyst & Card Production member at Cathay United Bank from September 2015 to July 2018. TOUCH Serira holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the National Institute of Business, earned between 2012 and 2016.
