Voun Lida

Voun Lida currently serves as a Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Project professional at Woori Bank Cambodia since 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Acquisition & HRBP Manager at Canadia Bank from February 2022 to 2024, and a significant tenure at Amret MFI from July 2008 to February 2022, where Voun held various positions such as Supervisor and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Responsibilities encompassed recruitment strategy, HR operational support, employee relations, performance enhancement, and compliance with HR policies across multiple regional offices. Voun also managed recruitment processes at the head office level and contributed to employee engagement and development initiatives throughout the organization.
