In 2011, they were a Marketing Specialist at Blaine Warren Advertising. In 2012, they were an International Media Consultant at Brazil Business Reports Ltd. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Account Manager and then an Assistant Account Executive at Gravity Media. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Account Manager and then a Client Services Director at CoolGraySeven. Since 2017, they have been a Client Services Director at Wooshii.

Jennifer Potter attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
