Hannah Cooper

Hannah Cooper is an experienced City Councillor for Worcester City Council, first elected in 2023 and re-elected in 2024 with a 70% vote share, serving the Arboretum ward. In addition to their role as a City Councillor, Hannah is the Vice Chair of the Place & Economic Development Committee and a member of the Environment and Licensing Committees, contributing to regulatory activities and addressing community health issues related to housing. Hannah also serves on the Conservation Advisory Panel and the Joint Museums Committee, collaborating on planning applications and overseeing museum operations, respectively. Previously, Hannah held positions such as Senior Client Relationship Manager at Go Green Experts Ltd and Associate at 181st Street, focusing on market research in luxury and sustainable retail. Early career experiences include roles at Worcestershire County Council and Deaf Direct, where Hannah contributed to library operations and coordinated training for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities. Hannah holds a BA (Hons) in Child Development & Learning from the University of Reading.
