Kimberly Jones

Kimberly Jones has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Kimberly has worked as an Author, co-authoring an anthology that became a bestselling book on Amazon. Kimberly has also served as a Human Resources Director at Worcester County Developmental, where they provided supervision for one HR Assistant and managed various HR functions. Kimberly has worked as a Consultant at SAVED BY GRACE and as the President of the Board of Directors at the Sturgis One Room School House Museum & Heritage House. Additionally, they have owned and operated their own business called A Taste of Heaven, where they shared their passion for tasty treats. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Director at the Maryland Department of Health, overseeing HR functions for three hospital facilities. Kimberly also worked at the Maryland Department of Human Services in various HR roles, including Human Resources Officer II, Human Resources Officer I, Personnel Officer I, Personnel Associate I, and Office Services Clerk. Kimberly started their career as a Service Project-Youth Leader at AmeriCorps VISTA.

Kimberly Jones has a High School Diploma in General Studies from Washington High School, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Kimberly then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, graduating in 2005. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Kimberly completed a Masters degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
