Colleen Shaver

Colleen Shaver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in robotics and educational outreach. As the Director of the Robotics Resource Center at Worcester Polytechnic Institute since June 2008, Colleen has been instrumental in developing programs that enhance WPI's image and improve K-12 outreach, while also fostering connections with external agencies. Previous roles in robotics include serving as Team Leader and Mentor for FIRST Robotics Team 190 and holding various positions at FIRST, where Colleen was responsible for organizing significant events and developing training materials for participants. In addition, Colleen has experience as a Robot Builder for the Battlebots show and as an instructor for a summer robotics program, supported by a Master's degree in Marketing & Technological Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in System Dynamics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
