Heidi Startz

Heidi Startz currently serves as the Director of IT Budget and Operations at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a position held since September 2007. In this role, Heidi is responsible for managing a substantial operating budget, conducting data analysis for benchmarking and national surveys, and overseeing vendor contracts and licenses. Prior to this, Heidi worked as an HR Administrator at Mass Web Printing from March 2002 to September 2007, and as a Systems Project Manager at Eastman Kodak from January 1985 to January 1991. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an Associate's Degree in Management from Bentley University, as well as certificates in Project Management and Leadership Development from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
