Mike Malone

Mike Malone currently serves as the Assistant Director of Systems Support and Training at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a role held since March 2020, where responsibilities include providing training and technical support to staff on various systems and maintaining Salesforce reports. Previously, Mike was a Project Manager for Insight Global, overseeing the migration of MS Outlook Email Distribution Lists to Office 365. A career spanning nearly three decades at IDG involved roles such as Project and Process Manager, Applications Technology Leader, Project Leader, Senior Programmer/Analyst, and Business Applications Analyst, focusing on software rollouts and in-house system development. Mike holds an M.B.A. in Information Technology and a B.S. in Business Administration from Binghamton University.
