Jennifer Safford

Jennifer Safford serves as the Director of Operations and Outreach at the Collaborative for Youth and Community Justice since December 2018. Jennifer has extensive experience in higher education as a Project Manager and Adjunct Faculty at Clark University, where responsibilities include managing Trauma and Housing Stability grants and teaching courses related to Youth Development. Additionally, Jennifer has held teaching roles at Worcester State University and has worked in real estate as an agent with William Raveis Real Estate since 2019, after a prior position at Castle Hill Realty. Earlier career experiences include roles in health education and youth mentorship, along with a strong educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Education from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Worcester State University.
